Overview

We examined how fibroblasts are organized across different tissues at homeostasis. To do so, we integrated 28 publicly available scRNA-seq datasets across 16 unperturbed tissues to generate a steady-state fibroblast atlas (n = 120,583 cells). Please see Figure 1, Extended Data Figure 3a-c and Supplementary Table 3 from the publication for more information. Please note that a downsampled object is available for browsing on the website and the complete atlas can be downloaded as a seurat object for local analysis in the Downloads section.
